Coleshill Drama Group is tickled pink to present the classic STEEL MAGNOLIAS by Robert Harling.
10th – 12th November at Coleshill Town Hall curtains up at 7.30 pm.
It’s the 1980’s in Louisiana and at Truvy’s beauty shop, ‘There is no such thing as natural beauty.’ Follow the tale of six women as strong as steel and delicate as magnolia’s as they face the good times and the tragic. ‘Laughter through tears is my favourite emotion.’
Based on Harlings real life experiences with his diabetic sister he created characters who are rich and warm with tremendous wit. This salon based comedy-drama is a moving production that will leave you emotionally satisfied.
We always welcome new members to the group and if you would like to be involved in any of the above please get in touch via the contact us page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
